Small Group Coaching Program for Women

This group coaching program is designed to create a space for our whole selves. As singing artists we are often expected to create from a knowing place, but often aren’t given the opportunity to unpack who we truly are, how our experiences have shaped our view of the world and how to bring that awareness into our lives and our artistry. Together we will explore what makes us each unique humans, how to connect to our emotions(physically, emotionally and vocally), the story of our voice, our intuitive bodies and ultimately we will use our voices and our bodies to express ourselves through singing or poetry with all of these discoveries.

Each month we will explore curated themes to further growth and discovery.

The secret sauce of this experience is our community. It is so important to be aware of ourselves, recognize our patterns, understand our triggers and fully own our desires. AND the deepest level of healing and growing for most people comes from being witnessed and held in the process of owning ourselves. This group is a safe space to vulnerably unpack who we are and how we relate to our lives.

All meetings will be over zoom
The Winter Session will have two sections
Monday section will meet: 7-9:30pm on 1/31, 2/14, 2/28, 3/14, 3/28, 4/11
Friday Section will meet 3-5:30pm on 2/4, 2/18, 3/4, 3/18, 4/1, 4/15
The first call of the month is a reflection/coaching/discussion call: we will move through a curated experience to connect each of us to our personal relationship with the monthly theme.
The second call will include coaching and singing or spoken poetry. We will go further into our monthly theme and bring in material that allow us to physically express, embody and own our discoveries.
